Hi! I'm Mahima, and I turn science into stories

I'm a recent graduate of the science communication program at UC Santa Cruz. I am a science writer, podcast host and multimedia content creator. Currently, I write for Yale School of Medicine, where I cover cutting-edge research in biomedicine. 

 

My bylines have appeared in The Stanford Report, Mongabay, Eos, The Mercury News, and other publications. I also write science scripts for social media and host my podcast to raise awareness about science communication in developing countries.
